The State Council Of Educational Research And Training, Delhi which was established in 1988. took the examinations for admission in curriculum construction, course conduct, guidance, examination and certification of the pre-service training programme for elementary school teachers which is for The two year Diploma for the Elementary Teacher Education (ETE) presently being offered in the number of District Institutes Of Education And Training (DIETs) and ten recognized private institutes of Delhi.
